Our daughter, high school and club volleyball player, has been training at SLJ Performance for just over 6 months. In the short time she has both gained strength and increased her vertical. We have noticed she is jumping higher, swinging harder, and her overall agility during game play has improved. They have shown her the importance of foam rolling and stretching before and after training, has been flexible with her student athlete schedule, and the price point is quite reasonable for group training. The way they communicate to our daughter is supportive and encouraging, giving her the confidence to accomplish hard things. All elements of SLJ Performance's athlete program has been wonderful for our daughter as she grows in her sport.
